At Noctilucent Systems, accessible from https://noctilucent.systems, the privacy of our visitors is a priority. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used. If you have questions, contact us.

What this site collects

This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and serves no advertising. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time, pages requested) are kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and operations. These logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are emailed to us so we can respond. They are used for no other purpose and are not shared with third parties.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Square. When you buy through our purchase links, payment is handled entirely on Square’s checkout pages under Square’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Software telemetry

Our desktop software sends limited telemetry for license verification, and error reports when an exception occurs. Details are disclosed on each product page. Telemetry does not include your M3 data.

Children's information

Noctilucent Systems does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child provided such information on our website, contact us and we will promptly remove it from our records.
